The enthusiastic group of tasters is alive and well and has been for over 10 years.  We continue to meet in each other’s houses every 4-5 weeks tasting two different bottles trying each time to fit in one we haven’t had before.         In addition we paid a visit to Holyrood Distillery last autumn where we were taken on a tour round the production hub where it all happens. Afterwards we had a tasting of some of their produce which included gin.                                 Going forward, we’ll continue roosting in each other’s houses as is our habit and we’ll also start thinking about a possible trip to another distillery later on in the year.
