The class has 18 members which is the right number for a small hall at Penicuik North Kirk.  Although I lead the class several of our members have introduced us to tai chi, line dance, country dancing, makaton for fingers and several other exercises.  They are a very talented group!  One of the men performed an interesting routine to the Stripper.  Great fun.  There is a great deal of chatting and laughter and its good to see six men joining an exercise class.  Sadly our friend Jim Murray died.  He had attended nearly every class since we started and is greatly missed.  We finished the year with a festive music class which was really enjoyable.
