We have about 20 members and are happy to have more. — anyone who likes the theatre but doesn’t want to go on their own.  We meet in Penicuik library every 3 months or so to discuss shows we would like to go to, and book tickets in advance.  This past year we started with an excellent meal at Giovanni’s.                                                                       We had several ballet visits to Swan Lake, Mary Queen of Scots and the Snow Queen.  There was a day at the Fringe and other shows such as the Merry Widow, Top Hat, Moulin Rouge.  The Devils Mark at Penicuik Town hall was a thought provoking play about the witch trials and the puppetry in War Horse amazed us all.  A large group of us ladies enjoyed the Downtown Finale at Peebles.                                                                                                                       We hope to start the New year with another meal at Giovanni’s , looking forward to more varied theatre visits, and no more lost tickets!!
