Group contact: Susan Baillie

We have continued as before, rarely getting to see a film together but meeting every month to discuss any film any of us has seen and also having a topic of the month to discuss.  These topics have varied from particular actors or directors to certain genres of film.  We have included talking about the importance of costume and music in films which led to a very lively discussion.  Robert Redford was an obvious topic in the light of his death.  We have covered favourite TV programmes.  Occasionally one or two get to see a film together which is fun but not always easy to arrange.  We have also had 2 meals out.  We continue to be full and can't take any more people to allow for good discussion but would be happy to talk with anyone wanting to set up another group if any advice or suggestions were wanted.
